Reflections

Don't be fixated on the solution!!

I wish I approached the interviews with a more open mind and tried to probe more into the "why" behind some pain points.

For my future interviews, I plan on incorporating more open-ended questions and encourage my interviewees to lead the conversation.

The Testing Phase is just as important :(

I should have planned out my evaluation phase better to truly understand if the current solution works and what can be improved.

Moving forward, I will recruit the participants for usability tests in advance, and record the findings in a more effective manner.
